Henry Min is a business leader, creative director and product lead who has balanced a wide body of work. Based in Southern California, Henry has most recently served as Chief Product Officer at IntroLend and Chief Experience Officer at Estalea, where he played a pivotal role across the firms’ portfolio of companies, including Impact and Leadpoint.

Before his work in software, Henry founded Nestivity, a social media software startup that built communities on Twitter. Nestivity later merged with Adly, a social media influencer marketing platform.

Henry’s career began in the early days of digital at Razorfish, where he was among the agency's early employees. Over seven years as a Creative Director, he worked with brands such as HBO, Time Warner, Financial Times, Mercedes-Benz, Charles Schwab, and Citibank. He also spent six years as a Creative Director at Digitas in New York, where he led campaigns for American Express and OPEN for Small Business.

His work has been recognized with prestigious awards, including the CLIO, Cannes Lion, One Show, Webby’s, and Communication Arts, among others.
